To enable a trouble-free data transfer the following points must be adhered to:

1. Name of data
The data name should be a combination of the name of your company and the order number. Please use the same name also on your fax order form, for example: model company12_2.EPS

2. Technical data
Please also include a field with the following information in your file:

Company name                ______________________
Contact person(Tel.)        ______________________
Sizes                                   ______________________
Position of labels             ______________________
Register marks:              J/N
Bearers:                            J/N

3. Web direction
For hot stamping cylinders and solid cutters please indicate the web direction and the gear side.

4. Hot stamping cylinders
For files for hot stamping cylinders it is necessary to include the cutting lines or register marks in the file in order to position the hot foil areas correctly on the cylinder.
Important: we require a PostScript file (.EPS) or a film as a reference in order to measure the width of the lines.
